
The Datasensing UK1D/GW-1ESY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 PNP adjustable hysteresis with a standard window and NO+NC output, these sensors offer a sensing range of 150-1600 mm. The robust AISI316L stainless steel housing ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments. Equipped with a convenient teach-in button, these sensors allow for quick and easy setup, making them ideal for various applications.
The sensors come with digital programmable outputs and options for current or voltage analogue outputs, providing flexibility in integration. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, is specifically designed for level detection. The working area can be adjusted using the teach-in button, allowing for either window or single point teaching, ensuring a fast and efficient setup process.
A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 1600mm and a minimum sensing distance of 150mm, these sensors offer high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm. The sensors are equipped with thermal compensation, ensuring consistent performance across a wide temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.
The UK1D/GW-1ESY Sensors are designed with safety and protection in mind, featuring short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are CE and cULus approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. The sensors are also IP67 rated, providing excellent mechanical protection against dust and water ingress.
