The Datasensing UK1F/G2-1ASY Sensors are high-performance ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a 4-20 mA output and a sensing range of 200-2200 mm, making them ideal for a variety of applications. The 2-meter cable and teach-in button allow for easy setup and adjustment, while the AISI316L stainless steel housing ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments.
These sensors come equipped with digital programmable outputs and current or voltage analogue outputs, providing flexibility for different operational needs. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, is specifically designed for level detection. The working area can be adjusted using the teach-in button, allowing for quick and efficient setup.
A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 2200mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors offer high accuracy and stability. The beam angle of 14° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm ensure precise detection, while the teach-in button allows for easy sensitivity adjustment.
The sensors are equipped with thermal compensation, a minimum sensing distance of 200mm, and a linearity error of just 1%. They operate on a diffuse reflection principle and have a switching frequency of 2Hz with a response time of 500ms.
