The Datasensing UK1F/G2-1ESY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature an M18 analog 4-20mA output with a Teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment, making them suitable for quick deployment. Constructed with durable AISI316L stainless steel, they offer robust performance with a nominal sensing distance of 2200mm and a minimum sensing distance of 200mm. The sensors boast a beam angle of 14° ± 2°, ensuring accurate diffuse reflection detection. With a resolution of ?3mm and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%, they provide high precision in measurement. The adjustable hysteresis function and programmable double digital outputs cater specifically to level detection needs. Equipped with a multifunction LED indicator, these sensors display output type, adjustment procedures, and allow for NO/NC selection and reverse analog output slope. They operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. The sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments. With an IP67 degree of protection, they are resistant to dust and water ingress, making them suitable for harsh conditions. The sensors come with M12 plug connections and are supplied with two nuts and washers for secure installation.
