The Datasensing UK1F/G7-1ESY Sensors are high-performance ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a sensing range of 200-2200 mm with a nominal sensing distance of 2200 mm. The sensors are equipped with a 0-10 V+ PNP NO/NC output and a convenient M12 connection, making them versatile for various applications. The AISI316L stainless steel housing ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments. These sensors come with a range of advanced features, including digital programmable outputs and current or voltage analogue outputs. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, is ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be easily adjusted using the Teach-in button, allowing for quick setup and operation. A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, as well as reverse analog output slope. With a thermal drift of Sr at ±2%, repeat accuracy of 0.50%, and a beam angle of 14° ± 2°, these sensors deliver precise measurements. The resolution is ?3mm, and sensitivity can be adjusted via the Teach-in button. The sensors also feature thermal compensation, a minimum sensing distance (blind zone) of 200mm, and a linearity error of 1%. The function principle is based on diffuse reflection, and the output type includes PNP + 0...10V with NO/NC + positive/negative slope. Operating at a switching frequency of 2Hz and a response time of 500ms, these sensors are powered by an operating voltage of 10 - 30Vdc. They have a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA, with a leakage current of 10?A @ 30Vcc. The output voltage drop is 2.2Vmax. @ IL=100 mA, and the maximum ripple content is 5%. The sensors are equipped with green and yellow LED indicators for echo and output, respectively. Built to withstand challenging conditions, the sensors offer short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They require a minimum load resistance of 3k? and have a tightening torque of 50Nm. The sensors operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and can be stored at temperatures between -35°C and +80°C without freezing. With a transducer frequency of 200kHz and a diameter/dimension of M18, these sensors are CE cULus approved and EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards. They also meet the shocks and vibrations requirements of IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4 and offer an IP67 degree of protection. Supplied accessories include 2 nuts M18x1 and 2 washers Ø 18.
