The Datasensing UK1F/G9-1ASY Sensors are high-performance ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a versatile 0-10 V+ NPN NO/NC output, with a sensing range of 200-2200 mm. The robust AISI316L stainless steel housing ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments, while the 2m cable provides flexibility in installation. Equipped with a teach-in button, these sensors allow for easy adjustment of the working area, whether through window teach or single point teach methods. The multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, as well as reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 2200mm and a thermal drift of Sr at ±2%, these sensors maintain high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm. The adjustable hysteresis function, with a 1% hysteresis, is ideal for applications requiring precise level detection. Designed for a wide range of operating conditions, the sensors function effectively within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and offer IP67 mechanical protection. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers, these sensors are ready for immediate deployment in demanding industrial applications.
