The Datasensing UK1F/G9-1ESY Sensors are high-performance ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a versatile 0-10 V+ NPN NO/NC output, with a sensing range of 200-2200 mm. The robust AISI316L stainless steel housing ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments, while the M12 connection and teach-in button facilitate easy setup and operation.
These sensors are equipped with digital programmable outputs and offer both current and voltage analogue outputs, making them adaptable to various applications. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, is ideal for level-specific tasks. The working area can be adjusted using the teach-in button, allowing for quick and efficient deployment.
A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 2200mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors deliver consistent performance. The beam angle of 14° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm ensure precise detection, while the sensitivity adjustment via the teach-in button allows for fine-tuning.
The sensors feature a diffuse reflection function principle, with an output type of NPN + 0...10V and an output function of NO/NC + positive/negative slope. They operate at a switching frequency of 2Hz and have a response time of 500ms.
