The Datasensing UK1F/GN-0ESY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 NPN NO/NC configuration, these sensors offer a sensing range of 200-2200 mm and are equipped with an M12 connector for easy integration. The teach-in button allows for quick setup and adjustment, making it suitable for various applications. Constructed with durable plastic and compliant with cULus standards, these sensors are built to withstand challenging environments.
Key features include digital programmable outputs, current or voltage analogue outputs, and an adjustable hysteresis function, ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be adjusted using the teach-in button, ensuring a fast and efficient setup. A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, along with reverse analog output slope.
With a nominal sensing distance of 2200mm and a thermal drift of Sr at ±2%, these sensors deliver high repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm. The beam angle is 14° ± 2°, and the sensors offer a hysteresis of 1% with thermal compensation. The minimum sensing distance, or blind zone, is 200mm, and the sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle.
The UK1F/GN-0ESY Sensors feature a robust PBT housing with IP67 protection, ensuring resistance to dust and water. They are designed to operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and can be stored at temperatures as low as -35°C. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance in various conditions.
With a switching frequency of 2Hz and a response time of 500ms, these sensors are efficient and responsive. They operate on a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards.
