
The Datasensing UK6A/H2-0AUL Sensors are advanced M18 diffuse reflection sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 300mm and a thermal drift of Sr at ?2%, these sensors ensure accurate detection with a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle is set at 7° ± 2°, providing a resolution of ?2mm, and sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the Teach-in button. Featuring a hysteresis of 1% and thermal compensation, these sensors are equipped to handle various environmental conditions.
The sensors operate with a minimum sensing distance (blind zone) of 40mm and maintain a linearity error of just 1%. They offer both digital and analogue outputs, with an output type of 4...20mA and a switching frequency of 8Hz. The response time is a swift 500ms, and they function within an operating voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc. The no-load supply current is ?35mA at 30V, with a load current capacity of 100mA and a leakage current of 10?A at 30Vcc. The output voltage drop is capped at 2.2Vmax at IL=100 mA, and the sensors can handle a max ripple content of 5%.
Designed with user safety in mind, these sensors include short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The LED indicators provide clear status updates with a green light for echo and a yellow light for output. The sensors are ready for use with a time delay before availability of ?300ms.
Constructed with a durable PBT housing, the sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection, ensuring they are dust-tight and water-resistant. They come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and are supplied with 2 nuts M18x1 and 2 washers Ø 18. The sensors are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, as well as shocks and vibrations standards IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C, and capable of storage in temperatures from -35°C to +80°C without freezing, these sensors are built to withstand challenging environments.
