The Datasensing VK2/A0-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 shielded NO connection with an M12 plug cable exit, these sensors are ideal for various industrial applications. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 4.05mm, with a standard target size of 18x18mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a multivoltage range of 20 to 253 Vac and are protected by an IP67 degree, ensuring durability in harsh environments.
Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are built to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. They feature a TRIAC output type with a NO output function, capable of handling a load current of 5 to 300mA. The sensors have a switching frequency of 25Hz and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, they provide consistent performance.
The VK2/A0-1H Sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of less than 200ms. They are designed for shielded mounting and come with two M18x1 nuts for easy installation. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. They are also resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, making them a reliable choice for demanding applications.
