The Datasensing VK2/A0-2B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. Featuring an M18 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a 2-meter PVC cable and an M12 plug cable exit, ensuring easy installation and connectivity. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and IP67 protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. These sensors support multivoltage operation from 20 to 253 Vac and are compatible with standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. They feature a TRIAC output type with a normally open (NO) output function, capable of handling a load current of 5 to 300mA. The sensors exhibit a high switching frequency of 25Hz and a low leakage current of ? 1mA RMS max. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, while the sensors' repeat accuracy is maintained at < 5% under specified conditions. Designed for durability, the VK2/A0-2B Sensors have a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%. They are compliant with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2 and are approved by CE and UR. The sensors come with two M18x1 nuts for secure mounting and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. With a tightening torque of 25Nm, these sensors ensure a stable and reliable performance in demanding industrial settings.
