The Datasensing VT2/A0-2B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. Featuring an M30 unshielded design, these sensors come with a 2-meter cable and an M12 plug cable exit for versatile connectivity. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, they are ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with IP67 protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. They operate on a multivoltage range of 20 to 253 Vac, making them adaptable to different power sources.
Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors feature a TRIAC output type with a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a load current of 5 to 300mA and a switching frequency of 25Hz. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, while the sensors' EMC compatibility and CE UR approvals ensure compliance with industry standards.
The VT2/A0-2B Sensors offer a high repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%, ensuring precise and consistent performance. With a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, these sensors are versatile for different target materials. The package includes two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting, and the sensors are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
