The Datasensing VT2/C0-2B Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature an M30 unshielded design with a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm. They are equipped with a 2-meter PVC cable and an M12 plug cable exit, providing versatile connectivity options. The sensors operate on a multivoltage range of 20 to 253 Vac, making them suitable for various power environments.
Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, offering an IP67 protection degree. They are capable of handling load currents from 5 to 300mA with a leakage current of ? 1mA RMS max. The sensors feature a TRIAC output type with an NC output function, ensuring reliable performance with a switching frequency of 25Hz.
The VT2/C0-2B sensors are designed for proximity functions and are compatible with standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. They have a correction factor for different materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.60), and stainless steel (0.80). With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors provide consistent and accurate readings.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a time delay before availability of ? 200ms, and the ability to handle inrush currents up to 7A. The sensors are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2.
