The SMC KQ2U07-35S-X23 KQ2 Series Inch-size One-touch Fittings are designed for versatile applications, capable of operating in vacuum conditions down to -100 kPa. The fittings are available in two thread material options: untreated brass and brass with electroless nickel plating, providing durability and resistance to corrosion.
These fittings accommodate a wide range of tubing outer diameters, both in circular and oval shapes. For circular tubing, metric sizes include 2, 3.2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16 mm, while inch sizes range from 1/8" to 1/2". Oval tubing options are available in metric sizes of 3.2, 4, and 6 mm, and inch sizes of 1/8", 5/32", and 3/16".
The connection threads are versatile, supporting metric (M3, M5, M6), R, Rc (1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2), G (1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2), NPT (10-32UNF, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2), and Uni (1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2) standards. The seal methods include sealant/gasket seal, face seal, and gasket seal for Uni threads, ensuring a secure and leak-proof connection.
