Leuze BCB G40 H47 L110 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in Leuze BPS 300i and BPS 8 series bar code positioning systems. It features a 40 mm grid dimension, dimensions of 47 mm height x 110,000 mm length, and a polyester matt surface with acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength) for reliable application on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (to diesel oil, transformer oil, white spirit at 23 °C over 24 h), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance, with an operational ambient temperature range of -40 to 120 °C and processing temperature of 0 to 45 °C (recommended 10 to 25 °C).
