Leuze BCB G40 H47 L130 bar code tape is a standard tape designed for BPS 300i series and BPS 8 series bar code positioning systems, featuring a 40 mm grid dimension, 47 mm height, and 130 m length. It uses digital printing on polyester with acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness), offering moisture, scratch, UV, wipe, and partial chemical resistance (diesel oil, transformer oil, white spirit) after 72-hour curing. Operational ambient temperature range is -40 to 120 °C, with recommended surface preparation (clean, dry, grease-free, smooth) and processing at 1025 °C for optimal adhesion; suitable for industrial positioning applications requiring reliable barcode reading under harsh conditions.
