The SensoPart FT 25-RA-60-PNSUL-M4M Miniature Distance Sensor is a compact and precise device designed for accurate distance measurement. It operates within a working range of 20 to 80 mm, with a resolution of 0.12 mm, ensuring high precision in various applications. Utilizing red LED light and a triangulation sensor principle, this sensor offers reliable performance with a linearity of 0.4 mm and repeatability of 0.4 mm.
Equipped with a teach-in function and an analog measurement output of 1 to 10 V, the sensor supports auto-detection of PNP/NPN switching outputs. It features a robust metal plug M8 4-pin connection and is compatible with IO-Link interface for seamless integration into automated systems. The sensor is housed in a cubic design with dimensions of 34 x 20 x 12 mm, and it is built to withstand harsh environments with an enclosure rating of IP67 and IP69K.
