The SensoPart FT 25-RA-170-PSU-M4M Miniature Distance Sensor is designed for precision measurement with a working range of 30 to 200 mm and a resolution of 0.68 mm. Utilizing red LED light and triangulation sensor principles, it offers reliable performance with a linearity of 2 mm. The sensor features a teach-in function and provides an analog voltage output ranging from 1 to 10 V. It is equipped with a PNP switching output, which can auto-detect PNP/NPN configurations, and includes one switching output. The sensor's robust cubic design (34 x 20 x 12 mm) is complemented by a metal plug M8, 4-pin connection, ensuring secure and stable connectivity. With an enclosure rating of IP67 and IP69K, it is suitable for harsh environments, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -20 to +60°C. The sensor's high velocity of 1000 Hz ensures rapid response times, while its temperature drift is minimal at 0.2 mm/K.
