The SensoPart V10-ALL-A3-I-M-M2-L VISOR® V10 Allround, Advanced is a versatile and high-performance vision sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. Equipped with advanced infrared illumination, this sensor offers a medium field of view and motorized focus, ensuring precise and reliable detection. It supports up to 255 jobs, each with 255 detectors, making it ideal for complex inspection tasks.
The sensor features a monochrome image chip with CMOS technology, providing a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels (SVGA). Its LED light source emits infrared light at a wavelength of 850 nm, classified under risk category 0 according to EN 62471, ensuring safe operation. The sensor's field of view is medium, with a focal length of 9.6 mm and an opening angle of 24.0°, allowing for detailed inspection within a minimum field of view of 7 x 5 mm.
The VISOR V10 Allround is equipped with a motorized focus drive for easy adjustments and a red target laser (655 nm) for precise alignment, classified as Laser Class 1 under IEC 60825-1 standards. Connectivity is seamless with LAN, EIP, and PROFINET interfaces, facilitating integration into various industrial networks.
