The SMC 11-LEFS16B-200B is a high-performance electric actuator designed for clean room applications. This actuator features a slider type ball screw drive, powered by a step motor with a servo capability at 24 VDC. It is engineered to handle a maximum workload of 60 kg with exceptional precision, boasting a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm. The actuator is compatible with a range of controllers, including LECP6, LECA6, LECP1, LECPA, and LECPMJ, although the LECP6 is now discontinued.
The LEFS series also includes an AC servo motor option, available in 100, 200, and 400 W variants, offering enhanced high-speed transfer capabilities and impressive acceleration/deceleration rates of up to 20,000 mm/S². This model supports pulse input and is equipped with an internal absolute encoder for precise positioning.
