The SMC AV5000-06GS-5DZB-A AV2000-A·3000-A·4000-A·5000-A Series Soft Start-up Valve is designed to enhance the efficiency and safety of your air system. This advanced valve features an air-operated type with the newly added AVA series and a lockout type with the AVL series. It is engineered to gradually raise the initial pressure in an air system with low-speed air supply and allows for quick exhaust by cutting off the air supply. With a power consumption of just 0.35 W, this valve offers improved flow rate characteristics, achieving up to 2.3 times the standard C[dm3/(s·bar)] at 9.2. It is energy-efficient, ensuring no air flow when the main valve is switched, and provides improved adjustability at low-speed air supply. The valve's smaller profile and integrated silencer contribute to reduced work hours and a more streamlined installation process.
