The SMC CDQ2B100-50DZ-M9PSAPC CQ2 Z Series Compact Cylinder is a versatile and space-saving solution for your pneumatic needs. This innovative cylinder features a compact body design, making it ideal for applications where space is limited. The CQ2 Z Series now includes sizes 4, 6, and 10, expanding its lineup from 4 to 200.
Engineered for efficiency, this cylinder allows for the mounting of small auto switches on four surfaces, with no projection of the auto switch, ensuring a sleek and streamlined appearance. For sizes 12 to 25, switches can be mounted on two surfaces. The cylinder's weight has been reduced by 5 to 13% compared to the existing CQ2 series, enhancing its portability and ease of use.
Additionally, the CQ2 Z Series offers added pivot brackets for double clevis and compact type foot brackets, providing flexibility in mounting options. Part numbers with rod end brackets and/or mounting bolts are available, eliminating the need to order brackets separately for the applicable cylinder.
With the inclusion of an auto switch, the SMC CDQ2B100-50DZ-M9PSAPC is compatible with Series CDQ2 models, including CDQ2, CDQ2W, CDQ2K, CDQ2KW, CDQP2, CDQ2 S, and CDBQ2, ensuring seamless integration into your existing systems.
