The SMC CDQ2B50-100DCMZ-F7BAL CQ2 Z Series Compact Cylinder is a versatile and space-saving solution for your pneumatic needs. This innovative cylinder features a compact body design, making it ideal for applications where space is at a premium. The CQ2 Z Series has expanded its lineup to include sizes 4, 6, and 10, in addition to the existing range from 4 to 200.
This cylinder is designed for convenience and efficiency, allowing small auto switches to be mounted on four surfaces, with two surfaces available for sizes 12 to 25. The design ensures no projection of the auto switch, maintaining a sleek profile. Additionally, the cylinder is lighter in weight, with a reduction of 5 to 13% compared to the previous CQ2 series, enhancing its ease of use and installation.
For added flexibility, the CQ2 Z Series includes pivot brackets for double clevis and compact type foot brackets. Part numbers with rod end brackets and/or mounting bolts are available, eliminating the need to order brackets separately for the applicable cylinder. The series also supports auto switches, including CDQ2, CDQ2W, CDQ2K, CDQ2KW, CDQP2, CDQ2 S, and CDBQ2, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of applications.
