The SMC LEFSH16AB-100-R56P5D is a versatile electric actuator from the LEFS Series, designed for precision and efficiency. The actuator meets ISO Class 4 clean specifications, making it ideal for cleanroom applications (11-LEFS only). Compatible with a variety of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, JXC91, JXCP1, JXCD1, JXCL1, JXCM1, LECA6, LECP1, LECPA, and LECP6, this actuator offers flexibility in integration. The LEFS Series also includes an AC Servo Motor option with high output (100/200/400 W) for enhanced high-speed transfer capabilities and high acceleration/deceleration rates of up to 20000mm/S². The pulse input type and internal absolute encoder (for the LECSB/C/S) further enhance its precision, with a high precision type offering positioning repeatability of ±0.01 mm. For those requiring clean specifications, the actuator complies with ISO Class 4 (ISO14644-1) standards (11-LEFS only).
