The SMC LEY16A-150L is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and provides advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can select between positioning or pushing control, allowing the actuator to hold its position against a workpiece. It boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification.
The LEY Series also includes an AC Servo Motor option, delivering high output with 100/200/400 W motors. It enhances high-speed transfer capabilities and supports high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S². The pulse input type motor comes with an internal absolute encoder, ensuring precise positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less.
