The SMC LEY16AA-50C-R36PD is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and allows for speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place while the rod pushes against a workpiece. It boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification.
The LEY Series also includes an AC Servo Motor option, delivering high output with 100/200/400 W motors. It enhances high-speed transfer capabilities and is compatible with high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S². The actuator is equipped with an internal absolute encoder and supports pulse input type, ensuring precise control. Compatible with a range of controllers and drivers, including JXC51, JXC61, and LECSA, this actuator is a reliable choice for various industrial applications. Note that some compatible controllers and drivers have been discontinued, so please verify compatibility with your existing systems.
