The SMC LEY16C-150W-S5C918 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo, making it compatible with the JXC Series controllers. It features a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm and offers flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and provides advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, allowing the actuator to hold its position against a workpiece. With a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less, it ensures high precision. The actuator is built to withstand challenging environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification. It is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, and others, although some models have been discontinued. Additionally, the LEY Series AC Servo Motor offers high output options (100/200/400 W) and improved high-speed transfer ability, supporting high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S2.
