The SMC LEY16DA-50 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types. The actuator supports auto switch installation and provides advanced speed control and positioning with up to 64 programmable points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to maintain the actuator's position while the rod is in contact with a workpiece. It boasts a high positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification. The LEY Series also includes an AC Servo Motor option, delivering high output with 100/200/400 W power ratings. It enhances high-speed transfer capabilities and supports high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S².
