The SMC LEY16DAC-150C-R36P3D is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and provides advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, allowing the actuator to hold its position against a workpiece. With a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less, it ensures high precision in operations. The actuator is built to withstand challenging environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification. It is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, and more. The LEY Series also includes a high output AC servo motor option, available in 100/200/400 W, which enhances high-speed transfer capabilities and supports high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S2. This model includes an internal absolute encoder and is compatible with various drivers such as LECSA, LECSB(-T), and others.
