The SMC LEY32C-200B-S3 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor features a servo motor operating at 24 VDC, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It supports direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator is equipped with an auto switch for enhanced functionality and allows for speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, making it ideal for applications requiring the actuator to hold a position against a workpiece. With a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less, it ensures high precision. The actuator is dust and drip-proof with an IP65 rating, ensuring durability in various environments. It is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, and others, although some models have been discontinued. The LEY Series also includes an AC servo motor option with high output (100/200/400 W), improved high-speed transfer ability, and high acceleration compatibility (5,000 mm/S²). It features a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder, maintaining the same high positioning repeatability and IP65 protection. Compatible drivers include LECSA, LECSB(-T), LECSC(-T), and others, with some models also discontinued. This actuator is ideal for applications requiring precise control and robust performance.
