The SMC LEY32DC-100M-S5 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and provides advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, allowing the actuator to hold its position against a workpiece. With a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less, it ensures high accuracy. The actuator is built to withstand challenging environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification. It is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, and others. The LEY Series also includes an AC servo motor option with high output (100/200/400 W), enhanced high-speed transfer ability, and high acceleration compatibility (5,000 mm/S²). It features a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder, maintaining the same high positioning repeatability and IP65 protection. Compatible drivers include LECSA, LECSB(-T), LECSC(-T), and more, ensuring seamless integration into various systems.
