The SMC LEY32RB-100B-R5AP5D is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and allows for speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place while the rod pushes against a workpiece. It boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built with a dust and drip-proof IP65 specification for durability in various environments.
Compatible with a range of controllers including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, JXC91, JXCP1, JXCD1, JXCL1, JXCM1, LECA6, LECP1, LECPA, and LECP6, this actuator ensures seamless integration into existing systems. The LEY Series also includes an AC servo motor option with high output (100/200/400 W), improved high-speed transfer ability, and high acceleration compatibility (5,000 mm/S²). It features a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder, maintaining a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less.
