The SMC LEY40C-150WM-S3 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor, powered by a 24 VDC servo motor, offers a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm, making it ideal for a variety of applications. It features direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and allows for speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can select either positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place while the rod pushes against a workpiece. It boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification.
The LEY Series also includes an AC servo motor option, offering high output with 100/200/400 W motors. This variant enhances high-speed transfer capabilities and supports high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S². It features a pulse input type and comes with an internal absolute encoder for precise positioning. Compatible with a range of controllers and drivers, including JXC51, JXC61, and LECSA, the LEY40C-150WM-S3 is engineered for reliability and performance in demanding industrial settings.
