The SMC LEY63S4L-100-S2A21 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY63-AC Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type AC servo motor is equipped with a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and offers speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place while the rod pushes against a workpiece. It boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built with a dust and drip-proof IP65 specification for enhanced durability.
The LEY63-AC Series is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, JXC91, JXCP1, JXCD1, JXCL1, JXCM1, LECA6, LECP1, LECPA, and LECP6, although some models have been discontinued. This high output motor is available in 100/200/400 W options, offering improved high-speed transfer ability and compatibility with high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S2. It features a pulse input type and comes with an internal absolute encoder for precise operations. The actuator is also compatible with various drivers, such as LECSA, LECSB(-T), LECSC(-T), LECSS, LECSS-T, LECSN-T, LECY, and others, with some models no longer in production.
