The SMC LEYG25MT6B-150B-R5 is a cutting-edge electric actuator from the LEYG Series, designed to work seamlessly with the LECS-T Series Driver. It boasts a lateral end load capacity that is five times greater than traditional rod types, specifically in size 25 with a 100mm stroke. The actuator is compatible with both sliding and ball bushing bearings, making it suitable for handling moment loads and incorporating stoppers when using sliding bearings. It offers advanced speed control and positioning capabilities, supporting up to 64 distinct points. Users can select between positioning and pushing control, with the ability to maintain the actuator's position when the rod is in contact with a workpiece. The positioning repeatability is impressively precise at ±0.02 mm or less.
