The SMC LEYG32MDA-100B is a versatile electric actuator from the LEYG Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This guide rod type step motor, powered by a 24 VDC servo motor, offers a compact integration of guide rods, providing exceptional lateral load resistance and high non-rotating accuracy. It boasts a lateral end load capacity that is five times greater than comparable rod types, particularly in size 25 with a 100 stroke.
This actuator is compatible with both sliding and ball bushing bearings, making it suitable for moment load and stopper applications. It features advanced speed control and positioning capabilities, supporting up to 64 points for precise operations. Users can select between positioning and pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place when the rod is pushed against a workpiece. The positioning repeatability is impressively accurate at ±0.02 mm or less.
The LEYG32MDA-100B is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, JXC91, JXCP1, JXCD1, JXCL1, JXCM1, LECA6, LECP1, LECPA, and LECP6, although some models have been discontinued. The series also includes a high output AC servo motor option, offering 100/200 W power for improved high-speed transfer and high acceleration/deceleration capabilities up to 5,000mm/S2. It features a pulse input type and comes with an internal absolute encoder for enhanced performance. Compatible drivers include LECSA, LECSB(-T), LECSC(-T), LECSS, LECSS-T, LECSN-T, and LECY, with some models also discontinued.
