The SMC LEYG40LA-200B-R5C918 is a cutting-edge electric actuator from the LEYG Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This guide rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo, making it compatible with the JXC Series controllers. Its compact design integrates guide rods, providing exceptional lateral load resistance and high non-rotating accuracy. The actuator can handle lateral end loads up to five times more than traditional rod types, especially in size 25 with a 100mm stroke. This versatile actuator is compatible with both sliding and ball bushing bearings, and it can manage moment loads and stoppers when using sliding bearings. It offers advanced speed control and positioning capabilities, with a maximum of 64 programmable points. Users can select between positioning and pushing control, allowing the actuator to hold its position when pushing the rod against a workpiece. The positioning repeatability is impressively precise at ±0.02 mm or less. The LEYG Series also features a high output AC servo motor, available in 100W or 200W, enhancing its high-speed transfer abilities and compatibility with high acceleration/deceleration up to 5,000mm/S². It supports pulse input and includes an internal absolute encoder for precise operations. Compatible drivers include LECSA, LECSB(-T), LECSC(-T), LECSS, LECSS-T, LECSN-T, and LECY, ensuring seamless integration into various systems. Note that some drivers, such as LECSB-S, LECSC-S, and LECSS-S, have been discontinued.
