The Baumer UNCK 09G8914/IO is a high-precision sensor with a scanning range of 30 to 200 mm, featuring IO-Link communication for easy integration and configuration. It offers exceptional repeat accuracy of 0.5 mm, which improves to less than 0.1 mm with the active filter. The sensor's resolution is less than 0.3 mm, enhancing to less than 0.1 mm with the filter. It has a quick response time of less than 7 ms and minimal temperature drift. Operating at a sonic frequency of 380 kHz, it includes features like teach-in adjustment, flashing target indication, and dual-color LED status indicators. The sensor is designed in a compact, rectangular housing made of durable PA 12, measuring 8.6 mm in width, 55 mm in length, and 24.5 mm in depth. It supports a voltage supply range of 18 to 30 VDC and includes safety features like short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
