The Datasensing AE1/AN-1F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely reduced measure, these sensors come with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With an IP67 housing protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments, and ATEX models are available upon request for specialized needs. These sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, ensuring longevity and performance. Available in both standard and long-distance models, they cater to various operational requirements with standard and short body housing options. The AE1/AN-1F Sensors boast a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.21mm, with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. They feature a correction factor for different materials, including copper (0.29), aluminium (0.38), brass (0.49), and stainless steel (0.78). With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%, these sensors ensure precise performance. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and they function as proximity sensors with an NPN output type and NO output function. Operating at a switching frequency of 5kHz, the sensors support an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. They feature a leakage current of ? 10?A and an output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA, with a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The yellow LED output state indicator provides clear status updates, and the sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The AE1/AN-1F Sensors are shielded for mounting, with dimensions of M8 x 1 and a length of 50mm. Weighing 20g, they are constructed from nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT. The sensors can withstand a tightening torque of 3Nm and operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. They are CE UR approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. Additionally, they are designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
