Datasensing AK1/A0-1ANL Sensors

The Datasensing AK1/A0-1ANL Inductive Sensor is designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. This M18 shielded sensor features a 2-meter axial cable and a robust nickel-plated brass housing with a length of 60mm and a thread size of 50mm. It offers a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 4.05mm. The sensor is compatible with standard targets of 18x18mm FE360 and provides correction factors for various materials, including copper (0.40), aluminium (0.48), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.86). With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%, this sensor ensures consistent performance. It features a proximity function with an NPN/PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function. The switching frequency is 300Hz, and it operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensor supports a load current of 3 to 100mA, with a leakage current of ? 0.8mA and an output voltage drop of ? 2.8V at 100mA. Designed for durability, the sensor includes short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. It is equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and has a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. The sensor is IP67 rated for mechanical protection and can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. It is approved by CE and UR, and meets EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, withstanding shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts, this sensor is ideal for applications requiring reliable and accurate proximity detection.
