The Datasensing AK1/A0-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 24x24mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are equipped with a robust M18 standard no-flush mount and are constructed from durable nickel-plated brass, ensuring longevity and reliability.
These sensors operate with a switching frequency of 300Hz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They are designed with NPN/PNP output types and a normally open (NO) output function. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, providing clear visual feedback. They also include essential protective features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, impulsive overvoltage protection, and protection against inductive loads.
The AK1/A0-2H Sensors are easy to install with M12 plug connections and come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts. They are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a high degree of protection rated at IP67.
