The Datasensing AK1/BP-3HAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an M18 shielded design, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) PNP output functions, ensuring versatile operation. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. The sensors boast a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, providing durability and resistance to harsh environments. Engineered for safety and efficiency, the AK1/BP-3HAN sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and have a switching frequency of 300Hz, making them suitable for high-speed applications. These sensors are compliant with CE and UR approvals, and their mechanical protection is rated at IP67, ensuring they are dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water.
