The Datasensing AK6/BP-3H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact M18 short shielded design with both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) PNP output functions, making them versatile for different operational needs. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. The sensors offer a high switching frequency of 2.5kHz and operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an IP67 degree of protection against dust and water ingress. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and longevity. The sensors also feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and are compatible with M12 plug connections for easy installation.
With a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors maintain consistent performance even under varying temperatures from -25°C to +70°C.
