Datasensing AM9/AP-3H Sensors

The Datasensing AM9/AP-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M12 short shielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm. They are optimized for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper (0.33), aluminium (0.4), brass (0.5), and stainless steel (1.05). The sensors exhibit minimal thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, these sensors ensure reliable proximity detection. The AM9/AP-3H sensors feature a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 2kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed with a low output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. Equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, they ensure easy status monitoring. Built for durability, these sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection.
