Datasensing AT1/0P-3H Sensors

The Datasensing AT1/0P-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of industrial applications. These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for precise proximity detection. The standard target size is 45x45mm FE360, with correction factors for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. These sensors feature a robust M30 standard flush mount design, constructed from durable nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT. They are equipped with a PNP output type and offer both NO and NC output functions, ensuring versatile application possibilities. The switching frequency is 200Hz, and they operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The AT1/0P-3H Sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. They are shielded for mounting and have a high degree of mechanical protection with an IP67 rating, making them suitable for harsh environments. The sensors also feature yellow LED indicators for output state and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms. With a compact size of M30 x 1.5 / L = 76mm and a weight of 150g, these sensors are easy to install and maintain. They come with M12 plug connections and are supplied with two nuts M30x1.5 for secure mounting. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +70°C, ensuring reliable performance in various conditions. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are tested for shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
