The Datasensing AT1/A0-3A Inductive Sensor is a robust and versatile solution for proximity detection needs. Designed with a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, this sensor is ideal for various industrial applications. It features a standard target size of 45x45mm FE360 and offers correction factors for different materials, including copper (0.35), aluminium (0.45), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.70). The sensor ensures high precision with a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%. Equipped with a shielded M30 standard flush mount, the sensor operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of 3 to 100mA. It supports both NPN and PNP output types with a normally open (NO) output function, and a switching frequency of 100Hz. The sensor is designed to withstand harsh conditions, offering complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The housing is made from durable nickel-plated brass, with an active head constructed from PBT, ensuring longevity and reliability. The sensor is equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy connectivity and features a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. It is built to endure extreme temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and is certified with CE and UR approvals, ensuring compliance with international standards. The sensor's mechanical protection is rated at IP67, making it resistant to dust and water ingress. Additionally, it comes with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure installation.
