The Datasensing AT1/A0-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. Featuring a robust M30 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating distance of 0 to 16.2mm. They are equipped with a standard target size of 60x60mm FE360 and provide a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.75). With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C, these sensors ensure reliable performance. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and they support a switching frequency of 100Hz. Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, they have a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of 3 to 100mA. The sensors feature a low output voltage drop of ? 2.8V at 100mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. Designed with safety in mind, the AT1/A0-4H sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, and the sensors are ready for operation with a time delay of ? 50ms. Constructed from durable nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering an IP67 degree of protection. They are compatible with M12 plug connections and come with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting. The sensors are approved by CE and UR, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
