The Datasensing AT1/AP-2B86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 unshielded design, these sensors operate with a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection. The sensors are constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a durable PBT active head, providing excellent mechanical protection with an IP67 rating.
These sensors are engineered to handle a wide range of applications, with a switching frequency of 200Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They offer a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA, with a minimal output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. The sensors are equipped with advanced protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
