The Datasensing AT1/AP-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of industrial applications. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard and long-distance options, with outputs available in cable, M12, and plug cable exit configurations. They are equipped with 2, 3, and 4 wire models, and ATEX category 3 models are available upon request. The sensors feature complementary output (NO + NC) and provide complete protection against electrical damages. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. They have a correction factor for different materials: copper (0.35), aluminium (0.45), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.70). The thermal drift of Sr is less than 10%, and they offer repeat accuracy of less than 5% at UB 24V Ta=23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%. The sensors function as proximity sensors with a PNP output type and NO output function, supporting a switching frequency of 200Hz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The leakage current is ? 10?A, and the output voltage drop is ? 1V at 400mA, with a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. They feature a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms. Built with robust protection features, these sensors include short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, impulsive overvoltage protection, and protection against inductive loads. They are designed for shielded mounting and have dimensions of M30 x 1.5 / L = 76mm, with a weight of 150g. The housing is made of nickel-plated brass, and the active head is constructed from PBT. They can withstand a tightening torque of 50Nm and operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2. They are built to endure shocks and vibrations as per Vibration IEC 60068-2-6 and Shock IEC 60068-2-27 standards. With an IP67 degree of protection, they are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure installation.
