The Datasensing AT1/CP-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. With a robust M30 standard flush mount design, they offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
These sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and an NC output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection with a switching frequency of 200Hz. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1V @400mA, and the sensors feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility.
Constructed with durable nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, the AT1/CP-3H Sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards and are approved by CE and UR.
The sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure installation. With a weight of 150g and dimensions of M30 x 1.5 / L = 76mm, these sensors are easy to integrate into existing systems. The AT1/CP-3H Sensors are also available in ATEX models, category 3, upon request, and offer models with complementary output (NO + NC) for versatile application needs.
