Datasensing AT6/AP-4A Sensors

The Datasensing AT6/AP-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature an M30 unshielded short housing with a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating distance of 0 to 16.2mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a switching frequency of 200Hz, making them suitable for high-speed operations. Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are also equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. With a robust design that includes IP67 mechanical protection and compliance with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC compatibility, these sensors are ideal for use in challenging conditions. They are capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. The AT6/AP-4A Sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting.
